Chairperson - Drama Society
The Societies Leadership Award is awarded to all active committee members. Committee members
who lead and run university societies play a vital role in building a vibrant student community. They
create opportunities for students to connect, learn new skills, and enjoy shared interests. Their
leadership and dedication help make university life more engaging, inclusive, and rewarding for
everyone.
To earn this badge, you must be an elected committee member of an eligible society. An eligible
society must meet the following criteria : have at least 100 members, have at least 4 committee
members, held at least 6 events, completed all end of year reports, have an up-to-date constitution,
complete the society leadership requirements, set goals and a mission statement at the start of the
year and reflect on these at the end of the year.
To earn this badge the student must:
• Be a committee member of an eligible society.
• Must set personal goals and choose a leadership skill to develop.
• Complete the end of year reflection in the leadership section in Yourspace dashboard.
